Voter Registration Challenge Hearings

Georgia law provides that any elector of the county or municipality may challenge the registration of another registered voter. The Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections (FCDRE) recommends that challengers submit their challenges along with substantial proof. FCDRE will acknowledge receipt of all challenges within 2-3 business days.
